Do your applicators come with sunscreen in them?
No — and that's on purpose. Every applicator ships empty. You fill it with whatever sunscreen your family already uses and trusts. We sell the tools, not the SPF.
Will the roller work with thick zinc sunscreen?
Yes — the roller heads are non-absorbent, so they spread thicker formulas instead of soaking them up. Give the head a rinse after zinc use and it's good to go again.
What are UV Reminder Dots? Are they sun protection?
No. UV dots are single-use stickers that change colour when UV light is reaching them — a visual reminder, nothing more. They are not sun protection and don't measure whether your sunscreen is working. Always follow standard sun-safety practice regardless of what the dot shows.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free Australia-wide. Delivery is typically 7–15 business days — we're honest about that. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
How do I clean the applicators?
Pull the head off and rinse under warm water, then air-dry. Replacement heads are available for the Back Roller — we suggest a fresh head each season.
Are the kids products safe?
The kids roller is BPA-free with no sharp parts, sized for small hands. We recommend adults handle the filling. UV bead kits contain small parts — not suitable for children under 3.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
We'll sort it — replacement or refund, your pick. See our Return Policy, and nothing in it limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
