Change of mind
30 days from delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind is at your cost; we refund the product price once it's back with us.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
That's on us. Contact us with a photo and your order number and we'll replace or refund — your choice — with no return postage cost to you.
Hygiene note
Used applicators and opened sticker packs can't be returned for change of mind, for obvious reasons.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including replacement or refund for major failures.
